Many people know me from my years of involvement in fitness at various facilities in the greater Las Vegas area where I have conducted a vast variety of diverse fitness programs since 1973. I have over 38 years of professional experience in the Las Vegas valley. You could say that I practice the lifestyle, walk the walk, and talk the talk.
